

Muscat - His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the United Arab Emirates, who arrived in the country this morning on an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.







During the meeting, they reviewed the deep-rooted relations between the two countries and discussed ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in various sectors for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
Earlier, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum arrived in the country this morning on an official visit, and His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, was at the forefront of those welcoming him upon his arrival at the Royal Airport.
He was also received by Dr. Ali bin Masoud al Sunaidy, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones; Dr. Laila bint Ahmed al Najjar, Minister of Social Development; Dr. Mohammed bin Nasser al Zaabi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defense; and Salim bin Muslim al Kathiri, Head of the Sultanate of Oman's Commercial Office in Dubai.
His Highness is accompanied during the visit by an official delegation that includes: His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and Chairman of Dubai Airports; Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority; Mohammed bin Abdullah al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs; Sheikh Salem bin Khalid al Qasimi, Minister of Culture; Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade; Omar bin Sultan al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications; and many Dubai government officials.
